The Pavilion allows brides to hold their wedding without worrying about rain or wind, while still being able to enjoy the spectacular views that the property offers. However, the maximum guest count of 50 limits it to smaller and more intimate celebrations

Bay View Beach

Bay View Beach is Turtle Bay’s answer to beach wedding ceremonies and receptions. If you want to be able to dig your toes in the sand, and enjoy the sound of the waves, Bay View is a beautiful choice. This location can be used a ceremony and reception venue. Event packages for 150 guests start at $6,500 with the applicable food and beverage requirement. One of the concerns with a beachside ceremony and reception is the lack of level surfaces that plenty of vendors need, as well as power outlets. Bringing long extension cords, exploring the possibility of using a generator, and looking for stable flooring is definitely a consideration, when holding a wedding reception on the beach.

The upside to having a hotel wedding is that they are usually well equipped, allowing you to rest easy knowing that some basic essentials can already be provided by the venue.

If you have a different caterer in mind, the food and beverage minimum requirement may be an inconvenience for you. However, you can put it towards the cocktail hour, your wedding cake, and other refreshments during the wedding, if you would rather have a different caterer provide your dinner menu.
