The Luau Garden is a private and secluded outdoor space, perfect for garden weddings and receptions. Featuring a small gazebo which can be the perfect spot for your ceremony as well covered awnings available for your reception. The space is only available for ceremonies if the reception will be held there as well. The Luau Garden also requires a minimum of 200 guests to reserve.

The DeRussy Hall is the hotel’s largest indoor venue, capable of hosting up to 400 guests. This is one of the most flexible ballrooms in terms of decoration, as the interiors are understated and can work with any color scheme or design concept. Hale Koa is also willing to work with you in customizing it to fit your color scheme.

The Hale Koa has beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces designed specifically for weddings, and they provide catering services to parties held in their property. For outdoor events, Hale Koa provides a backup plan in case of rain or inclement weather, which is a relief for brides. What You May Not Like
Since the Hale Koa is an Armed Forces Recreation Center providing service to active duty military personnel, only authorized personnel are eligible to book events and accommodations at the hotel. However, if you have a friend or family member who is in the military, they may be able to sponsor you to have your function at the hotel.
