The Haiku Mill property can accommodate a maximum of 100 guests for a weekend event, and a maximum of 80 guests during the weekdays. The site fee for weekend events start at $8,500 for a full-day event and includes the use of the entire property, making sure you have exclusive use of the venue for your wedding. This is perfect for couples who prefer to have everything happening in one venue and would like to maximize use of the entire property for the wedding festivities.

Booking a wedding at Haiku Mill limits you to using their list of preferred vendors who have plenty of experience with weddings in the property. They will allow you to hire one vendor who is not in their list, with the exception of coordinators, caterers (including food trucks), bar services, tent providers, transportation, valet, portable washrooms, lighting, DJ and A/V services, draping and rigging. These must be selected from their preferred vendor list and is something to keep in mind before booking. This part of the policy has its own advantages and disadvantages but you can be sure that many of the vendors working your event will have plenty of experience with the venue and can make suitable recommendations for your wedding.
