+ I don’t live on Oahu or in Hawaii, can we plan our wedding services over video call?

Of course! Not everyone can live in paradise but it doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy it along with us. We’ll set up a phone call or video chat to get to know each other and the entire reservation process can happen online from there.

+ I'm not getting married in Hawaii, will you travel to my wedding?

Yes, definitely! We’ve traveled all over Hawaii and worldwide for our couples. We know how to make it extremely easy and simple for you. We will make travel considerations inclusive in your collections and you won't have to worry about a thing once your date is reserved with us.

+ Is there a travel fee for Oahu?

We will travel anywhere on the island of Oahu and never charge a travel fee. We understand not every great venue on Oahu is located in the Honolulu area. Just like you, we enjoy all the beauty Oahu can offer. For outer island events (Maui, Big Island, Kauai etc), mainland and international destination weddings please contact us for simple flat travel rates. We would love to hear from you.

+ Can I get special pricing when reserving multiple services?

Absolutely! Our exclusive specials and pricing are for our HNL couples who want to have stress-free wedding experiences and reserving them together. Contact us so we can help you find out what services are important to you, see if we are a good fit and walk you through our special offerings in detail.

+ What do I need to reserve my wedding?

We will work with you to select the best services, experience, and options that is best for your unique wedding. To ensure our availability, an agreement will be signed and a single minimum retainer payment of $900 which will cover all services reserved. The remaining balance can be paid using auto-pay in increments anytime at least 45 days before your event. If your wedding is postponed to a later date, we can apply the payment to a new date at no additional cost depending on our availability.

+ Are you available for Sunday weddings?

We are currently accepting reservations only from Monday-Saturday to be able to give our HNL team members one day to rest and worship if they choose. Through a busy work week we see the importance of taking one day off to refresh and reconnect with friends, family, and those we love.

+ Our wedding venue requires proof of insurance, is your company insured?

Definitely! We have been just about everywhere in Hawaii, and with a $2M insurance policy we got you covered. Just let us know if you would like to request a copy.

+ I love your aerial drone videography and photography however my venue asks for an FAA pilot license, does your team have this?

Absolutely, we love being able to provide aerial photo/video for our HNL couples and we have gone through the painstaking process of being licensed and legal drone operators. Ask about these options when selecting your wedding collection with us.
